The Ocala Big Sun Chapter is affiliated with the “Barbershop Harmony Society, SPEBSQSA”,www.barbershop.org, an international organization with over 29,000 members.   For administrative purposes the Barbershop Harmony Society is divided into 16 districts.  Districts oversee education programs for their chapters, host conventions and hold competitions to select representatives to the annual international quartet and chorus contests.  The Ocala Big Sun Chorus is a chapter of the Sunshine District, www.sunshinedistrict.org. In addition to the Chapter as a whole, we have one  active performing quartet.
